To all our retired teacher colleagues,

We are facing the toughest time for teachers in the past 100 years. Not only is COVID killing teachers but the amount of retaliation, bullying, harassment and discrimination that teachers are facing is at an all-time high. Teachers are purposely being isolated and being forced to quit, look the other way on harassment, work in unsafe conditions and face countless other obstacles. The mental health for educators and morale is very low across the country. We have put together the first NATIONAL database to document workplace complaints and also COVID-19 violations. This will allow teachers to not only cross-reference complaints but also connect with others that have or are having the same issues. It is groundbreaking! No longer will teachers feel like they are alone with their issues.
